1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They serve a number of purposes: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and helping website operators understand how visitors use the site.

Cookies are not programs and cannot carry viruses or malware. They typically contain a unique identifier, the name of the website that set them, and an expiration date. Two main types exist: session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period.

2. Cookies We Use

We use four categories of cookies, described below.

Essential Cookies Always Active

Required for the website to function. They enable core features such as page navigation and form submission. The site cannot operate without these cookies.

Examples: Cookie consent preference storage, session management  ·  Duration: Session to 12 months

Analytics Cookies Optional

Help us understand how visitors interact with the website — which pages are viewed most, how long visitors stay, and where they arrive from. This information is aggregated and anonymised.

Provider: Google Analytics  ·  Duration: Up to 14 months

Marketing Cookies Optional

Used to measure the effectiveness of any advertising campaigns we run. They track whether a visit to our website resulted from an advertisement and help avoid showing the same ad repeatedly.

Providers: Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising  ·  Duration: 30–90 days

Preference Cookies Optional

Remember settings you have chosen — such as your region or language preference — so you do not need to re-enter them on subsequent visits.

Examples: Language, region, display settings  ·  Duration: Up to 12 months

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services that we use. These providers have their own privacy policies and cookie terms, which we encourage you to review:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics. Google Privacy Policy
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement, where enabled. Meta Cookie Policy
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing) — campaign performance tracking, where enabled. Microsoft Privacy
  • Google Maps — embedded maps on our contact page. Subject to Google's standard cookie terms.

4. Your Cookie Preferences

Use the controls below to manage which optional cookies you accept. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the website to function. Your selections are saved to your browser.
